Another video for your interest. Gracious thanks to all the tweeting, comments and such on the last - Please, keep it up as it helps the progress knowing people are looking forward to playing the game. In this video, you'll see some improved (I reckon) smoke effects, a hint at the adventure dependency rules engine within the game and finally some important first person simulated effects. The adventure is a race against time and (from time to time), I need to engender a sense of stress. So, I thought when things are not going so well. You know the sort of thing. You have mistakenly caused an explosion, forgetten to close a window (particularly bad idea in space) or may be left the gas on... Whatever your oversight, when you get stressed out, you blink a lot, your heart beat gets louder in your ears and your eyes start to bulge with an adrenaline driven increase in blood pressure. You should see this effect in this video. I'm triggering it manually at the moment, but the effects will ultimately react to the outcome of puzzles, environmental changes and progress of the story. Sit back, watch and enjoy. Copernicus One is another step closer :)
