This is a tutorial to make a model horse halter. I use embroidery thread; Anchor embroidery thread is my favorite. I think it's around $0.35 for a small roll (which can maybe make around 15 halters).

I also use lobster claw clasps for leadropes. It doesn't really matter if you use split rings or jump rings, but I like jump rings better.

The rings are used for leadrope loops (where the clasp attaches, or where the non-clasped leadrope goes through).

    Well, I was trying to make halters :D and I tried a couple of ways in the beginning and they weren't working then I played with some string around my model horse's muzzle and I ended up doing THIS way and it's worked out great!
