Are you an ex-pat of Derby, feeling homesick? Or perhaps you just want a clear way of giving someone directions to a location in Derby or just want to show people your Derby Street. Well in this video and the many others I have made, you will be able to take a virtual drive around the city of Derby's streets as though you were in the driving seat. I use a dash-mounted camera, Traffic lights and heavy traffic have been edited out.

Very cool. You went right by my nanas old place at 1077 London Road. I think it's a guest house now, don't even recognize it anymore. You also drove by my old street coming into Alvaston, Hollis Street. I've been able to see lots of this stuff lately now that Google street view is available. I'll get back there again one day. Been able to contact old school mates as well with Facebook and Friends Reunited.

Actually just had another look at it and you missed my nanas place and my old street by a few houses or so. You cut off at Meadow Lane (A car turns out in front of you there) and re-started at Raynesway. My Nanas old place is a few houses up on the left after Meadow Lane and Hollis Street is aways back from Raynesway. Loved it all the same.
