p.s the best way to complete it is to go round then unlock black mountain then start the quest then fast travel

I actually managed to kill all the deathclaws in the quarry in level 9 or 10, but i had rex and boone on my team, but they were knocked out pretty much the whole time..

lol I went right into red rock canyon and butchered all of the great khans

and super mutants are rediculously easy to kill in melee

i took down 3 deathclaws around level 6 or 7 , i was new and killed that sniper companion guy had a sniper rifle and sneaked thru and landed a whole bunch of suprise headshots lol ,
