Rock and roll music in this meaning should be the music in the modern history. not traditional like classic. Why not she didn't deserver to be there. She should be considered not just as a singer. She's also a producer , writer , entertainer. but most of all , she's an ARTIST ARTIST and again ARTIST! so please don't just discredit her from your narrow mind. she may be not one of the best vocalist we have in this planet ever. but you wil never ever say that she can't sing.

She may not have the best voice, but at least when she sings you know she means it. I've heard people sing that have great voices and you're bored listening to them, because they don't feel it or mean it. If she's talentless, then she's certainly a brilliant mastermind to maintain a continuously successful career.

Madonna is friggen amazing. I remember when she hit the scene in 1983. I've never seen an artist continue for 30 years non-stop. She was pretty much the only real pop culture role model for people. Even if you didn't like her music. Just that she is someone that is continuously unstoppable. She knows what she wants, she goes after it, and she gets it. We're all trying to do that. You never hear about any drugs or alcohol problems with her. The only thing you hear is her mighty ego.
