Hollandaise (meaning either from Holland or Holland-style) is a rich French creamy sauce made of butter, egg yolks, and lemon juice. It can be served with Eggs Benedict, fish, chicken, asparagus, artichokes or broccoli. Aram and Ruben share their instructions.
