On December 26, 2003, the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) deliberately shot at Gil Namati, a 21 year old Israeli protestor that demonstrated against the separation fence/wall. Gil was shot in both legs by two live bullets. The incident created a media storm and raised many question. What would have happened if the IDF didn't lie about the shooting of Gil Namati. Would it have justified the actions taken by the security forces? Is there a difference between shooting a Jew and a non-Jew? This film is divided into three parts, the first part presents the investigation which was shown at the press conference and proved the IDF was lying about the reasons for the shooting, the second part criticizes the investigation itself and how the media reacted and portrayed the incident and the separation barrier, and the third part is a propaganda piece about the "danger" the anarchists poses in Israel.

Courage aux Anarchistes contre le Mur, et un grand bravo à Youtube d'avoir désactivé le son... semblerait que les soi disant droits d'auteurs passe avant les droit de l'homme...

The Torah Is not to be taken at the literal level - this quote of an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth is ALWAYS misused by people who dont know the first thing about the Torah

First place lets not use loaded phrases like Berlin Wall. There is no Berlin Wall there is a seperation barrier which has saved numerous lives. As for building permits there have been problems for both Arabs and Jews. This is a long and complicated problem which cannot be taken on here.

Are you sure?
I've heard that institutional problems do arise... for example when trying to obtain a building permit, or when it comes to demolition of illegal houses, or simply on the border where "berlin wall" situations arise.
I may just have fallen victim to anti-zionist propaganda.

The laws of Israel do not allow discrimination. That is not to say there is not descrimination on the personal level. But that is no different than what goes on in any nation. In Germany and France there is bias against Turks, in Mexico it is against indians in the US it is against blacks and hispanics. The important to understand it is not institutional. Arabs actually do have the same rights as Jews in Israel. The same cannot be said about Jews living in Arab lands.

I'm just saying that there IS stroung discrimination (that wouldn't be considered acceptable in europe/US), not that arabs living in israel or occupied territories have no rights at all.

Don't group all Orthodox Jews together. All the Orthodox Jews I know, and I am one, support Israel even if we don't agree intierly with it's secular nature.
