Thanks for making these easy to understand. How to you start them off & finish them? Do you use knots, glue, thread it - which way is the best? Thanks in advance. =^..^=

I mention about starting and finishing with silk ribbon in another video.  I prefer a knot, pierce the tails, and or coming back with a needle and thread and securing the tails with that. I would not use glue.

I've never done spiderweb roses on washable clothing so I don't know how it would turn out. I usually do it on something like a jacket. You could always experiment and see how it holds up.

Any fabric will work, the needles are chenille 22 for 4mm silk ribbon.
