yeah, bobby was obviously the model for peter pan.. you can tell by just looking at his face when he was young (they started animating and recording the voices several years before the movie came out).. roland was used as a model for the stunts, but bobby was the model for the face and "acting"; gestures, expressions, etc..

Sorry, but your description is a bit misleading.
Roland Dupree was specifically hired for the fast fighting and flying scenes - due to his skills as a dancer and choreographer - and Bobby provided the voice and was used for the Close-Ups.
PP's facial features match more to Bobby's than to Roland's.
So both of them are/were Peter Pan.
