Kirkwood had LMC's back in the nineties. Good on steeps because of their low center of gravity. The cab's were perfectly centered over the chassis and even weight distribution. They weren't very soundproof though. LOUD at 12,000 rpm's!! We called them "howl pigs."
I remember well these single-cab cats from Squaw valley in the early 80s. Thought they were real cool then. Squaw had a mixed fleet of old Thiokol gas V8s, these featured diesel tractors, and then several space-age Mercedes Piston-bullys. I used to have a ball cap with that logo...

Nice to see someone still has an LMC. Miss those old cats, now you only see them in Japan as O'Hara.
