【材料】:方形大油豆腐4個、香菜少許、冬粉2把、絞肉3兩、魚漿2兩、蝦米2大匙、素雞精少許、白胡椒粉1/3小匙、鹽1/2小匙、糖2大匙、太白粉1小匙、醬油1大匙­、醬油膏1大匙、蕃茄醬3大匙、辣豆瓣醬1小匙
【做法】:
1. 首先將油豆腐從側面切開,呈L形切口,再用小湯匙挖出豆腐渣成為中空油豆腐。
2. 接著把泡軟的蝦米、絞肉放入鍋中炒香,再放入粉絲以及半杯水拌炒,後加入醬油膏、素雞精、胡椒粉拌炒至水份收乾,即完成內餡。
3. 然後把炒好的內餡填入油豆腐中,用魚漿封口,放入蒸籠用中火蒸15分鐘。
4. 把糖、辣豆瓣醬、蕃茄醬、醬油放入鍋中水煮,再加入太白粉勾芡即完成淋醬。
5. 最後將蒸好的阿給裝盤,放上香菜,然後將阿給剪開淋上醬汁即可。
