no worries. Another info is that city government has just started a new corridor i.e. new highway bridge which starts from this place and ends in central karachi which is Saddar. This will surely add value to this area. I have researched this place very well and its worth investing now since value is considerably down. Good luck.

A 3 bed flat costs in the region of 42 - 48 lacs but you pay in instalments. I booked on 6th floor and costing me Rs 41lacs. I only paid 4 lacs downpayment, 19000 rupees monthly for 3 years and 1 lac every quarter. The rest is loan after completion. The agreement is also that if they don't give us the possession on time, they will start paying us the rent as per market rate till possession is handed over.

why would i lie? I live in london and saw it as a good investment. Was in Karachi this feb and visited the site. The construction is half done so far.
