do you have any tips for gainers? i cant get the rotation

walk up to the end of the board, bounce, do a quarter turn, jump and do a backflip. do this over and over while slowly cutting down that quarter turn into just running and doing the gainer. hope that helps

I might go there soon I love that pool I live in invermere so I can go basicly when ever I have a ride and a couple bucks

and stuff
