As most of the recording artists record the song than lip sync, Barbra didn't do that for this video, what your hearing is live recording.

I love her voice. I just hate this version. it's all.... space like. I wish she had an orchestra or something to sing along with. Not this crap. just sayin. she performed it brilliantly, though.
