Because he loves us... To tell you the truth I has struggled at that too... But he did. Like it says in John 3:16 for god SO LOVES the world that he gave his only son. That whoever believes in him shall not parish but have everlasting life.

@doofus8812 The reason"why don't we just skip life and party in heaven all day"is because God is WAITING for people to repent of their sin and accept His Son Jesus Christ as their Savior.Christ DIED so that you and I could live eternally with Him. He DIED to pay for the sins WE committed. God does love you, so much so that "He sent His only begotten Son, so that whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life." John 3:16. Hope to see you partying in heaven one day :)
