rigid collodion shrinks the skin, elmers glue us just glue

Is there substitutes for collodion? Someone told me Elmer's glue but i wanted to double check.

Great video :) Q: Is there anything I can do to make the collodium not peal off in the edges about 1-2 hours after its applied? Want to have it for the night but it seam to come off a lot earlier then intended. Any tips?

is it waterproof after the rigid collodion dried up?

@BlairWoodscraft Yes it is :) It peels off once you come to remove it.
