TF2 Arena Clip: The Phlogistinator is Awesome!

Here's an ace I got on arena with the new pyro weapon, "The Phlogistinator". The weapon is pretty good in my opinion, but it cannot airblast, and that is a major aspect of playing pyro. Even without that, I still really like the new weapon and find the "Mmmph" really useful. I also use the Manmelte" and the Third Degree weapons in this video.

@KeskasidvarGaming You can still have an attempt at crafting them, but you might not get it. Theres a 1/3 chance of getting the new flamethrower when you craft it though, so its worth a shot

The Phlogistinator isn't really W+M1. If some dick gives you firstblood crits on Arena & you then charge your Mmmph! up quickly & continue to crit everyone down, it doesn't make it W+M1 from that fluke.

You don't have that airblast always at the ready w/ this. It is best to do chip damage to charge it, or do little pokes into the action & pick people off. Then, once you have a full charge, get into a good position & ambush.

It's very tactical, from my experience. Some maps ruin it.
