furthermore I suppose you think that Oxfam, Christian Aid, numerous other charities, most scientists, an increasing number of companies, the UN supported by most governments and the millions impacted by climate change around the world are all wrong. Maybe they need to stop using the HAARP system which can heat up the ionosphere, create high pressure domes, create earthquakes, and more. The public relations guy for the project states that there are no restrictions on the experiments performed, or the frequencies used.
