Angela is a self-made chef and has long been told by loved ones that she should share her knowledge with the masses. With no formal training, she simply experiments with what she finds and now she's sharing her knowledge with you!

Her lack of fear in the kitchen resulted in being called out to LA for casting on a reality cooking show and she recently won a recipe contest hosted by the 1847 Blake House Inn, in Asheville, NC.
Someone commented that I should have washed the meat. Rinsing your meat when it is ground adds water and you have to be sure that you drain it VERY well. Additionally, in the states, we cook all ground beef to well done - no pink - so there is no contamination left. In my opinion, rinsing the beef before you cook it only contaminates your cooking space and creates more clean up. Always be sure you clean with some kind of solution that will kill any contaminates. :o)
