This is a video of the Eclectus we picked up last night upon her owner calling and saying come get this bird in the next 20 minutes or I don't know what I will do experience last night. She is VERY cage bound, does not know how or what step up is, very afraid of hands, however once she is out of her cage she will let us hold her, kiss her beak, pet her as long as we go very slow. She sits in one spot right now and does not move, but she seems to like the big screen t.v. and the being out. We are going to work with her to teach her the joys of playing and being out of her cage and foraging and playing on our nets and hanging gyms. Right now, she is not eating at all much so we are going to try for a hand feeding or spoon feeding to try to comfort her. I will have to go get some fresh veggies tomorrow, khale, and some other things. If anyone has any tips on Eclectus please, please share. Come on over and join up at Kitkatsparrotchat.com and post in the Eclectus section or just come to watch how she is doing. Or post on comments here :)

Any more updates on this sweet girl? It is awesome of you to take her in and give her a loving home. Looks like she has a lot of goodies to forage through and play with!
