Larry Carlton cannot possibly be improved on, had to play it in his honor!!!

You're nuts. The 1996 Wayne Krantz solo blows this away. And Corny Bumpus' 2000 Plush solo also blows this away. Yeah, of course you know what you're saying - your opinion.

I was at this show, and believe me, it wasnt too slow. i could barely keep up with my dance partner. Keep rockin gentlemen, you never cease to amaze me

What a great way to showcase this awesome band!Have had the pleasure of seeing them live and they are phenomenal. They not only fill a room but the dance floor as well, even those who "never dance" can't resist once these guys start rockin'. Have to agree with one poster, sure wish they played in my neighborhood. Hmmmm.....wonder if these guys can be bribed with beer?? :)
The room is HUGE. Check out some of the other clips like "Streetcorner Symphony" and "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is," which were recorded with a wide angle long shot from much further out, and you get an idea of how enormous the room is - approximately three stories high. Also, check out "Vehicle" - there are lots of people on the dance floor (plus a full house of people at the slots) but simply not enough bodies to compensate for the room size and acoustics. Glad you like the band!

Actually, it's about the same tempo as the original studio version of the song from the "Royal Scam" album. Perhaps you are used to the faster live version of the song.
