Years ago in paris.(Parc de luxembourg) I watched in awe how a certain ivanchuk crushed all the so-called strong park-players in blitz. He opened every game with 1.h4!? and replied to whatever white-players opened with with 1. . .a6!? In 3 hours he crushed everybody, never lost a game, though ironically he did suffer a draw from an opponent who also opened with 1.h4!? He was truly awesome,( a move a second mostly!) He won with combinations of course, but mainly killed with his endgame power.

i visited over there and played there made a few dollars with the games but the first time i went there at around 10 no wanted 2 play me but wanted 2 sell me weed

you're right, even if people are giving you a thumb's down. i think they're thumbing you b/c they don't like the truth.
i like chess a lot more than poker, but there's so much more (easily understood) drama and money in poker that chess will always be the quiet, smarter older brother to this rockstar sibling.
