@OoLadaoO some time u can't blame everything to government good example this dude he the one that do it gov can't see everything his eye not God eye. other example how many people in our family we can't looks over for every children some are bad some are good. gov running the whole country i'd say hug big family can't see every one that smart (_I_) doing bad.

So this orphanage is corrupted but that does not mean all the other orphanage is corrupted. We must continue helping the childrens with more caution and appropriate way. there should always be a guide to follow when helping these orphanage.
