Oops, that was a lot of info by mistake! With HS-3's if you want a strat to sound like a strat with single coils you need 500k which I use. 250k wil make them sound dull and humbucker-ish...in a bad way. Wire them standard series humbucker, not paralell which dimarzio suggests for a creative alternative and sounds really crappy imo. good luck!

sorry, i mean the volume pot of the guitar

Hi, I use 250k linear with 2.2m resistors, it replaces the 220k resistors on the board. This NOT the more common "Rich Mod" type ppimv. The Rich Mod turns the pi tube into a condensor microphone, wacks out the bias at low volume and gets weird at high volumes. The ppimv I use is perfect at all volumes, kudos to the boys at metro amps forum for working it out! These clips were all done at talking volume.

What volume pot do you use?
250k, 500k, 1m?

not sure what you are asking? If you read above you learn that yes, I use a delay effect in the effects loop of the amp too. Is that what you are asking me?

Do you use a Delay in the end?

There was an Eventide H-3000D/SX in the effecs loop. I usually have a ducked delay set so that it suppresses when I play and swells back when I pause.
