Drunk drivers get hard penalties if the kill someone and are guilty of traffic violation.

Otherwise the get a ticket for drunk driving.

I know how Marcus feels losing his friend in the crash. In 2002 on the last day of March (30th) one of my best friends was killed in a boating accident in Jacksonsville, Florida and still to this day it is hard toi deal with. Every time I go to the cemetery to see him, I break down & cry and it hurts so bad that my sternum(bone in center of rib cage) feels like it's broken.

Not always true. My friend went to a party and got drunk, and another guy went to a different party and got drunk, my friend decided to walk home, and the other guy decided to drive, hit my friend at a crosswalk and killed him, all he got was a 12 month sentence and his license suspended for a year, so please tell me where is the hard penalty there????????????????

No kidding! That was both yours and Bsoler9's families? Which family had Steven Drowned and which family had the neighbor who was the nurse? Also, I will try to copy some of my Rescue 911 tapes on to Dvd once I get another DVD player. I only have a TV/VCR/DVd combo and I don't think I can copy Videotapes onto DVDs with that.
