probably yes but in usa it is too expensive
and i don't think this is democratic !
as in Usa poor young people cannot have the same quality of teach
and it mean less opportunity to change their status !
Ok exist scholarship but also that is just for a limitated elite of people

studing in the states is better than in europe. believe me.

It isn't where you study, it's how you study that's matter, so for most students, I think they should study in their own country. It's cheaper and they will be instructed by people that care about them and their contry as well. Don't let them take your money, put the money you spend over sea in your country educational system.

to study in the UK is very expensive, but considering we have 4 of the best universities in the world, its probably worth it

Go to the UK, see if university is anywhere near free. Still is cheaper than north america though.
