FIX WarioWare no$gba and R4 [ BLACK SCREEN ] EzFlash Vi

Sorry about the quality, I think I rendered it incorrectly in Vegas.
Shows you how to fix the black screen for no$gba and some R4.

List of what it can/can't fix:
R4: Several reports working 1.18 OFW, and on R4li 1.24
DSTT: Black Screen
Works on Supercard DS One with EOS firmware
EZflash Vi: Works
R4 with YSmenu: Still blackscreen. Use 1.18 instead wink.gif
Edge: Works with v1.9
Supercard DSONEi: Works, and by using the build in save feature, you can save it too.
No$gba: Works
DSmume 0.9.4 and clean rom works

EXTRA INFO:
I downloaded this game off Romulation so I don't know if other sites' versions have this problem. But if other sites have this problem I hope this fixes it!
