Can't everyone just get along? I'm an American Irish dancer with German blood and my boyfriend is a bagpiper. I've been to a couple highland games and I do enjoy watching the Scottish dancers and talking with them about the dances and the differences between scottish and irish dance. They are both equally complicated in their own ways. Also, everyone has their own heritage and is proud of it so shut your mouths and have a nice day(:

Scottish highland dance is not supposed to be "graceful" most of the dances tell stories and are dances they would do before after and during war to show their Scottish pride. I love being a highland dancer(:
