go togoogle and search for "free ares" when u download it , search in the software section for "PJ64" then try to get "conker rom for PJ64" , hope u can gte it :D

probably n64 emulator since its captured with hypercam2. then the cutting was done in windows movie maker (since he used the standard settings i guess its that).
