Hey, this is a little "thriller" I did as part of a group for a Writing Media Text assignment. Basically, a group had to create a short narrative through the use of a single camera shot. No post-production was allowed and the premise of the project was to apply the basics of film making for conventional story telling much like the awesome Hitchcock film, Rope! Of course compared to Rope this has about as much merit as an Emmalina YouTube video, but, I'm happy with the mark I recieved and I always like to hear constructive criticism; be gentle... ;)

P.S. The horror film playing in the background is the remake of The Omen and the girl watching it was really scared and genuinely screaming!

  • xDD so coool

  • i dunno man, rope is a pretty popular one. it's damn hard to do this unless you go handheld like this, good job, she's a great screamer (nothing perverted, she seriously has a good set of lungs for a thriller)

  • I have to give you 5 stars for this film experiment and because you are one of the few people I have come across that is familiar with Hitchcock's film, "The Rope".

"The Rope"...does an great job of putting an amazing amount of story in a single camera shot. I really get tired of all the quick edits in film today. Multiple edits are no substitution for a good story.

Good luck with your film making.
