What exactly IS "Devil May Cry?"

ANS(WER):
"Devil May Cry" is the (mainly) story of Dante, a half-human, half-demon bounty hunter, if you will. Basically, he's the hybrid son of a demon, Sparda, that rebelled against his own kind (why he did that is a question I'm unable to answer, I'm afraid) and sealed off a portal that connected the human world and the demon world, which also sealed off his own powers. There are (at the time of this LP) four games in this franchise, with rumors of a fifth game lurking about the fantastical tubes of the internet.

ANS: LP stands for Let's Play, which is (usually) a chronicle of someone playing a game on a PC emulator while recording with a video capture program (such as FRAPS, for instance) and then uploading those videos to a site such as YouTube.

?: What do you mean when you say "Let's Play in Real Time?"

ANS: Well...to quote TVTropes.org, "Exactly What It Says On The Tin." I'm LPing this game--in real time, with a real controller, a real camera, and a real console. While sound and video quality may lack (as I am trying to run this game without the use of an emulator), the added benefit of actually SEEING someone ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME is rather...interesting, shall we way.
