@yuttadhammo I must say just reading that, made me realize it. I see what your saying i've been meditating for about a month, trying to see how to solve this problem of stress and depression, but i see how to solve it.

you can put spider on a peace of paper or in some little box and put him out side..somwear alse..you dont need to kill spider...
