I wrote this song back in 1991 after the Iran-contra controversy hearings when Mr. Reagan was testifying and mostly said "I can't recall".( I wrote this before we knew of his disease) Today the Republicans are trying to teach a new three R's - Ronald Reagan Religion. My civic duty is to the constitution and not the president.
