I wish I knew how he play so good and fine! It must be the lord. Everything he plays sounds rich and like we need to pay extra just to be hearing something so special.

Certified Intergalactic! Flawless! It's only now that I learned "Il Palpiti" is actually a violin transcription of Rossini's aria "Di tanti palpiti" from his opera Tancredi. My favorite Rossini aria. Many thanks, OMB!

It is amazingly perfect....and live. I am sure you know that Francescatti was a student of Bazzini and that his Father was a student of Paganini's onl y real student--that he kept up with--Francescatti is actually a student in Paganini's linage. These played with a simple piano accompianist are from his early tours of the US..His Paganini is nothing short of remarkable..the caprices sound like beautiful music as opposed to exercises in virtuosity..glad you enjoyed Gilbert

I'm so glad you enjoyed--I think his Pag is some of the most elegant and beautiful I have ever heard. I would love to know the secrets that Silvori revealed to him! But he was first and formost tremendously blessed as a violinist--this man could play anything beautifully!
