get a hamster ball so she can run around.oh and by the way i think my hammie has a clone. caramel is EXACTLY like my hamster know. she trys to escape, they have the same color on there fur.

Hamsters need to keep occupied.. You need to give them plenty of pipes, tubes, and new things for them to explore, constantly.. change it up every week.. if your hamster doesnt have something to do, it will infact lose its mind, and in some cases even lead to self mutilation.... keep your hammy happy! google some tips for hamster jungle gyms

let her run around in a hamster ball every day or play with her more

my advice is let her go in her ball atleast 1 time a day so she doesen't escape and

get somthing a little heavy but not to heavy
