thanks for your effort. The air pollution looks as bad as Los Angeles on its worst days. Input from the guards is a reminder that in a majority black county, whites in still hold most of the wealth, so they've created for themselves a situation filled with anxiety. Without wealth redistribution and restitution beyond the" truth and reconciliation" program, there'll be lots of guard shacks and patrolling and little justice.
