I did what the guy said down below just download any app and let it completely down load then all apps worked again!!

I tried everything here and in google(well... many not all)
My app doesnt even load, it flashes and shut off(back to the main screen)
Does anyone know any helpful or a solution?

1-download an app that ask for apple id then remove it
2 your all apps should work now
