  • I love how people are making comments on stuff posted 2 years ago. Anyways, due to the angle, its hard to tell exactly how much of a head start he had. Frankly, I dont care either way, so im not hating. When I posted my question two years ago, I was only curious as to know how high he could jump from a stationary/pivot point.

  • Ok, let me reword my question. What can you do from a stationary start? One that doesn't give you the kind of forward momentum you recieve from a run with two steps at the end. Keep training
