I had installed this lock on my car and the steering wheel was cut the next night. They used some type of electric saw. They cut it in three places, but I see that two would have been adequate. The wheel can be easily bent.

This will only protect from opportunistic drug addicts who don't have the saw or don't have the extra few minutes and have to do it in complete silence.
