Win is so smart. I really appreciated when he spoke about having a life outside the showbiz so you can write something meaningful. That's why many fantastic bands fail as they get more successful and that's why Win will keep writing great lyrics forever.

If you mean the big awesome silver one, it's some manner of Regal Resonator. I'm afraid I'm not well versed enough in guitars to say what the others are though.
