@ngoah89 Well unfortunately most people are thick as shit, having the attention span of ADHD afflicted plankton, and would rather watch a block of cheddar cheese melt slowly on their middle toe than have to engage themselves in anything remotely artistically explorative. Kind of makes it hard for real appreciation to be garnered on the scale that it deserves here. Hey at least I'm being positive though, huh?

Love that bass sound too. Clear but thick attack and fast decay. You gotta hate that 90s never ending sustain on upright bass. Ben's sound is much more percussive, rhythmic as this instrument should be, in the great tradition of Chambers, Brown, Mingus, Blanton. It also has a great organic feel to it.
