  • Exactly. That and just dont eat so damn much. If you want to lose weight its 1,2,3 simple. Eat less and exercise. If you get up at 0500 and run for an hour, everyday, you WILL trim up. Its simple Thermo Dynamics.

  • He is just awesome, an inspirational dude....love to meet him and shake his hand for what he does.

  • Gooooooooooooooooo GOGGINS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Watching this for motivation for my relay tomorrow.

  • Good stuff! Go Navy!

  • @mrblackmagic28 Easier said than done MrBlackmagic.

  • @buhtailo you can eat a 500 calorie burger in a minute easily. Think you can burn 500 calories in a minute? Calorie consumption is easier to control than burning them off with exercise

  • @StevoKHS heres a idea to trim up burn more calories than you can eat. huh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! who whould have thought of that uhhh not loosers!

  • @mrblackmagic28 not if your consuming more calories > burning. Also it depends completely on the food you are eating. Doubt anyone can *trim up* if they have a diet low in protein, high in sodium/insert various other things that cause bloating, etc. Yes you can simplify getting lean in the sense a lower calorie diet and some cardio, but the real results come when you use the right amount AND type of fuel for your body.
