Demonstration of Espgaluda's stage4 with Tateha, scoring 9.3mil.
This stage is particularly tricky, not because there are difficult sections to score from, but because you need very good Kakusei Gem collection and management in order to score the maximum amount of points from this stage. The demonstration video shows a typical route for over 8mil, although 11mil is reported to be the absolute maximum.
One main point of note is the midboss. It is possible to Kakusei both its forms for increased pointgain, however in this clip (and indeed in all of my plays) I prefer to force it into its second form as quickly as possible by using Guard Barrier. Also, the faster you destroy the midboss, the more waves of enemies will follow - the only way to speedkill the midboss is by using both Guard Barrier and Kakusei Mode liberally.
Also, in this clip I was slow in destroying the second large circular enemy before the boss. With Tateha you can either delay killing it until it does its second attack pattern, or speedkill it using Kakusei Shot from the very second it appears.
Finally, during the boss's first form, one of the attack patterns that are randomly selected when it splits in half is a set of destroyable discs. These can be destroyed in Kakusei for points and a Gold boost.
