@SeekingSeraphim St Anthony's monastery website has it in both Byzantine and Wester notation. It is not this one, but it is similar.

Beautiful! I would love to get a copy of the musical setting for this to use at our Vespers service. It would sure beat doing choppy transitions between the tones.
