This is easily my favorite highlight video of all time. Done by someone on Sherdog, it's a highlight of the epic 90 minute Sakuraba vs Gracie match from PRIDE Grand Prix 2000 set to "Learn to Fly" by the Foo Fighters.

@AmericanAztec915 and all that was before people really had a grasp of grappling in MMA. You look at it now and no one wears a gi in MMA, because every MMA fighter knows how to grapple.

@AmericanAztec915 that was a reason for him losing, because Sakuraba did indeed use it against him. Yes there was a time in earlier years when bjj was hardly practiced or any kind of grappling for that matter in early mma bouts that gracie could use his gi as a weapon and other that weren't in jj or judo that didn't know how to couldn't use the gi against him, but that was then. Now everyone in mma knows grappling and the gi becomes a weapon against the person wearing it.

@SteelCity1981 gracie used his gi as a weapon against many fighters so you cant use that as an excuse for gracie losing
