"The World's Heaviest People" - "Obesity is Disease"
The Obesity Society had being concept definite obesity as being as the excessive accumulation of body fat, could being from the total body fat, as determinate storage of fat ,or even so from adiposity morphologic functions. For many contexts the BMI ≥ 30,0 kg/m² is useful as the operational definition to the obesity, but not should be used as the concept definition. The excessive body fat denotes a sufficient quantity of fat which cause the reduce of the health or to the longevity. This health reduce should not be perceptible of all cases according to the operational definition which had being used, but there will be the risk from reducing the health in the future.
Obesity, according to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems -- ICD-10, is a disease that is among the chronic noncommunicable diseases that most concern the framework for presenting pandemic around the world -- in 2005, nearly two billion people with 15 years or more, suffered with overweight (BMI ≥ 25.0 kg/m²), and among these, there were more than 400 million clinically obese (BMI ≥ 30.0 kg/m²); in 2015, are expected three billion people, with 15 year or more, with overweight, and among these, more than 700 million are clinically obese.
