Manufactured vs site built CANNOT be compared. Apples to oranges.
If anyone ever tells you a manufactured home has ANYTHING over a site built home just walk away. They are clueless. The quality isn't comparable in any way. Period. End of story.
No matter what it IS a mobile home. It IS what they tell you to clear out of when a tornado is near. Yes, they look nice and new and modern. Great, but stop trying to pass them off as HOUSES.

Guyz, I understand that some people don't like the idea of living in a factory built home. I grew up in a sight buillt home, and when I iwas 27yo. got my realestate lic. IL. As far as the research I've done on site built, vs. manufactured homes, there are likes and dislikes. As far as I'm conserned, I can't wait to get my PH Home, and put it on my 1/2 acre lot. I've seen lots of improvements over the years and I feel it's going to be a great move.

to those of you that dont know any better,this is not a cadilac home.mobile home factorys dont build cadilacs.they build trailers.you dont go to burger king and expect to get a real stake house burger do you.palm harbor homes are however built better than average.its about like gettin the wopper rather than a regular burger from burger king.
