Rhiannos - I'm afraid your location and indeed date is way off, sorry. The filming took place at the Golden Cross Pub in Cardiff in 1987. Cheers.

I adore this translation, but can't make out a lot of it, I'm a bit hard of hearing, could somebody give me the lyrics please? I've found other translations on Google but this is my favourite.

This is the Griffin Hotel in Pentre in the mid 60's and IT IS the Treorchy Male Choir. Tom Jones is an honourary member so there.
