From the 9/22/09 Bolingbrook Village Board meeting

In this video, George Smith, a member of Citizens for a Better Bolingbrook, states that one way to respond to a recent stabbing at Bolingbrook High School is for Bolingbrook to create an alternative school. Bolingbrook Mayor Claar responds by saying that the Valley View School district already has an alternative school, The Phoenix Experience, https://www.edline.net/pages/phx.

This is one of the most civil exchanges between CBB and Mayor Claar that I have witnessed. I hope this continues and that between now and the election they find a way to work together for the good of Bolingbrook.

I should also state that I am not a member of CBB, nor was I asked to make this video on their behalf. Also, since I don't have the best equipment to make videos in this building, this will be the last Bolingbrook Village Board meeting I'll record for awhile.
