can someone pleeeeeaaase tell me why in Australia is the federal constitution referred to as the living constitution????? I know its got something to do with the fact that the high court interprets the legislation because words are alwys changing and society evolving

The living constitution preamble: We the Oligarchy of the US, in Order to form a more perfect central government, establish only criminal Justice, insure controlling Tranquility, provide for the common redistribution, promote social Welfare, and secure Liberty to the Oligarchy and our Posterity, do establish this erratic constitution for the US.
We the people are on the road to serfdom.

While Ginny is a prime example of what passes for our now completely broken representative form of governance, Ginny is indeed not very bright, bereft of knowledge on virtually ANY issue, relies solely on sarcasm/baseless attacks in responding to inquiry/debate. As a solid Corporate Schill, Ginny has plenty of allies in the Corporate media to perform baseless attacks on any credible opponent. The current system works for Corporate America NOT for US! Ginny is a savvy politician and an excellent representative for her benefactors... e.g.,Banks/Insurance Companies/Health Care Conglomerates, Pharmaceutical Lobbyists... at the expense of ordinary people. That said, Mr. Sager is just as dangerous given his brand of myopia. America IS a Corporatist State w/ BOTH major parties completely corrupted by the system in which they operate. A National Referendum for a Constitutional Amendment on Campaign Finance/ElectionReform is the ONLY ANSWER! JR
